Frank joined the company in 1990 and served as an auditor for several years on many accounts including Macy’s, Younkers, Chevron, Oryx Energy and Electrolux. In 2016, Frank assumed responsibility for the audit operations of the company as its Chief Executive Officer, and has since been active in the development and implementation of the firm’s strategic direction and growth. Frank is a graduate of the University of Virginia after which he served as an officer of the United States Marine Corps.

Paul joined the company in 1994 as the firm’s Accounts Payable Manager, and currently serves as Chief Financial Officer. He manages all financial and accounting responsibilities for the company, and is responsible for treasury functions and banking relationships. In addition, Paul has overall responsibility for our Chicago, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, Nashville, and San Francisco Branch Offices. Paul is a graduate of the University of Georgia, with a Degree in Business Administration.

Matt joined the company 1999 as Manager of MIS, and was promoted to Director of MIS in 2003, responsible for a team of programmers and database specialists who create various reports and digital files for every audit. Matt earned two consecutive President’s Awards in 2001 and 2002 for his contributions to our growth and success. Matt served as an infantry officer in the United States Marine Corps. Matt is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Krystina joined Broniec in 2002 as Regional Sales Manager for the West Coast. During her tenure, she was responsible for the signing over 225 new contracts, some of which include Univar, First American Title Company, WhiteWave and McKesson. In 2016, Krystina was promoted to Director, Sales and Marketing, with responsibility for developing and maintaining the company’s client business relationships, and will provide marketing support to Corporate management and Branch Managers.

Doreena joined Broniec in 2017 as Human Resources Manager, bring nearly 15 years of experience in human resources that includes talent engagement, employee retention, performance management, training and development, and operations management. As of August 2018, Doreena serves as head of the Human Resources Department for Broniec Associates, Inc. Doreena has a degree in Business Management and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Jerry joined Broniec in 2001 as our Cleveland Branch Manager. He is a two time Pinnacle Award recipient, recognized for his commitment, leadership, and performance. In 2016, he was promoted to Vice President & Regional Operations Manager for Region Three, with responsibility over the Cleveland, Dallas, Detroit, Minneapolis, New York, Seattle, and Toronto Branch Offices. Jerry is a graduate of Kent State University, with a Degree in Accounting.

Adam joined Broniec in 2017 as the Manager of our new Nashville Branch, adding over a decade of corporate accounting experience to our team. In January 2024, Adam was promoted to Quality Assurance Manager and VP & Regional Operations Manager with responsibility for our Southeast and Mid-Atlantic branches. Adam graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance.

Kyle joined Broniec as an Auditor with our Dallas Branch in 2009. In 2017, he was promoted to Branch and Quality Assurance Manager. In 2024, Kyle was promoted to VP & Operations Manager. Kyle is a five-time recipient of our prestigious Regional Auditor of the Year Award in recognition
of his exceptional results delivered to each client. Kyle is graduate of the University of Iowa with a
Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Accounting and Finance.

Tim joined the firm in 1987 as a Staff Auditor in our Atlanta Branch. He was promoted to Charlotte Branch Manager in 1990. Tim later held the role of Quality Assurance Manager. In 2004, he assumed the role of VP & Regional Operations Manager with the overall responsibility our Southeast and Mid-Atlantic branches. In 2025, he transitioned into the position of VP, Operations and Strategic Initiatives spearheading various expansion and development projects.

Scott joined the firm in 2006 as Vice President of Audit Development. In this capacity, Scott has developed multiple audit tools for auditors to examine data, and has worked closely with clients to develop new audit techniques, analytical tools, and audit programs to assist in the overall effectiveness of the audit process. He has worked in the APrecovery business for over a decade holding positions ranging from IT Director to Chief Financial Officer.
Scott is a graduate of Tulane University, with a Degree in Business Management.
