Regional Sales Manager

Broniec Associates is seeking a dynamic results driven Western Regional Sales Manager to join our growing company and successful Sales team. This role is responsible for selling new business, while maintaining, expanding, and renewing existing client relations. This role will support our branch offices located in Denver, Los Angeles, Phoenix, San Francisco, and Seattle, as well as secondary markets within the Western region. This position may require occasional in-person client and prospect meetings in Southern California and with Broniec team members monthly at a WeWork location.

Ideal requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree, and a minimum 5+ years proven successful field sales/business development experience in a professional services field.
  • A professional who is experienced in managing multi-state territory, collaborative team player who can work cross-functionally. results-oriented, self-motivated, energetic, reliable, well organized, high level of integrity and professionalism, with a can-do mindset, who can multitask, meet deadlines and excel in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Ability to represent the company with a professional appearance and demeanor in both virtual and in-person settings.
  • Excellent and effective communication; verbal, written, phone and video conferencing platforms, with the ability to build and maintain relationships and sell in person or via a video platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team setting
  • Ability to collaborate with Vice President of Sales & Marketing and team to develop and execute strategies within the market.
  • A keen listener, with the ability to analyze conversations, ask the right questions, understand/grasp a need and sell our solution.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience using CRM applications and other sales tools. Knowledge of SugarCRM is a plus.
  • Must have a designated home office space
  • Must have valid driver’s license with a reliable car to travel to prospects/clients in Southern California
  • Background in accounting or finance a plus

Branch Manager & Auditor Positions

Broniec Associates is always looking for qualified audit professionals to join our team for branch management and auditor positions. If you have relevant experience in the finance or accounting areas in positions at the staff or management level, and the prospect of working with Fortune 1000 clients in an entrepreneurial environment sounds exciting, we would like to hear from you. Overnight travel is required.

If you are just starting your career and have an excellent academic background, intermediate to advanced computer skills, and an interest in Accounting and Finance, Broniec Associates may be an excellent place to start your career.

Position Requirements

Requirements are a four year degree – Accounting preferred – and prior employment that demonstrates the ability to perform at a senior level as follows:
  • A minimum of seven years in a post audit environment or ten years work experience in positions that may be in or a combination of audit, accounts payable, accounting management consulting, internal audit, and/or general accounting; and a minimum of three years in an accounting management position is required.
  • Strong PC/technical skills and a working knowledge using Microsoft Excel at an advanced level is required. Knowledge of Microsoft Access is preferred. Strong analytical skills and detail orientation and self direction are necessary.

Our compensation program includes a base salary plus a lucrative quarterly bonus program, a competitive benefits package including group medical, dental, prescription drug, vision, life and disability insurance, HSA, FSA, a 401(k) profit sharing plan, paid travel expenses and more.
