Branch Manager & Auditor Positions

Broniec Associates is always looking for qualified audit professionals to join our team for branch management and auditor positions. If you have relevant experience in the finance or accounting areas in positions at the staff or management level, and the prospect of working with Fortune 1000 clients in an entrepreneurial environment sounds exciting, we would like to hear from you. Overnight travel is required.

Position Requirements

Requirements are a four year degree – Accounting preferred – and prior employment that demonstrates the ability to perform at a senior level as follows:
  • A minimum of seven years in a post audit environment or ten years work experience in positions that may be in or a combination of audit, accounts payable, accounting management consulting, internal audit, and/or general accounting; and a minimum of three years in an accounting management position is required.
  • Strong PC/technical skills and a working knowledge using Microsoft Excel at an advanced level is required. Knowledge of Microsoft Access is preferred. Strong analytical skills and detail orientation and self direction are necessary.

Compensation & Benefits

Our compensation program includes a base salary plus a lucrative quarterly bonus program, a competitive benefits package including group medical, dental, prescription drug, vision, life and disability insurance, HSA, FSA, a 401(k) profit sharing plan, paid travel expenses and more. Chicago Auditor/Branch Manager

Branch Managers lead the oversight and execution of audit operations while serving as active members of the audit team. This role combines hands-on audit work with responsibility for branch performance, staff leadership, and operational excellence. Branch Managers also play a critical role in client relationship development and long-term retention.

Auditor – San Francisco

Auditors conduct audits, analyzing transactional data to identify and document recovery opportunities, including overpayments, under-deductions, and related discrepancies. Responsibilities include documenting transactions, identifying corrections, preparing claims, coordinating vendor communications, and supporting the recovery process.

Auditor – Retail Background

Retail Auditors conduct specialized audits analyzing high-volume transactions and vendor programs to identify recovery opportunities, including pricing discrepancies, allowances, chargebacks, and overpayments. Responsibilities include documenting findings, preparing claims, coordinating vendor communications, and supporting the recovery process.

Statement Associate

Statement Associates support mailing projects by reviewing vendor responses, maintaining accurate data entry, and facilitating communication between vendors and audit staff. Strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.
