Meet our Senior Management Team
Frank Broniec
Chief Executive Officer
Joining the company in 1990 as an auditor allowed Frank to develop and understand what it takes to run a successful AP audit firm. As CEO, he continues to forge our company’s vision and strategic growth.
Frank is a graduate of the University of Virginia, and served as an officer of the United States Marine Corps.

Paul Broniec
With over three decades of experience in financial strategy, Paul oversees treasury functions and cultivates key relationships, ensuring the company’s fiscal health, reporting, financial and regulatory compliance.
Paul is a graduate of the University of Georgia, with a degree in Business Administration.

Matt Broniec
DIRECTOR, MIS
Since joining the firm in 1999 as Director of MIS, Matt has led the skilled team of programmers and database specialists who create essential reports and digital files for every Broniec audit.
Matt proudly served in the United States Marine Corps, and holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Krystina Trzaskowski
VP, Sales & Marketing
Krystina loves sales. She joined the company in 2002 as Regional Sales Manager for our West Coast markets, earning several Sales and leadership awards for her contributions to our growth and success. In 2016, she was promoted to Director of Sales and Marketing, mentoring our sales team, cultivating client relationships, and driving our strategic marketing efforts.

Scott Levine
VP, Audit Development
An industry veteran with a background in IT and finance, Scott joined the company in 2006. He spearheads our team of IT developers creating innovative analytical tools and techniques to constantly improve our services.
Scott is a graduate of Tulane University with a degree in Business Management.

Doreena Muchmore
Manager, Human Resources
Doreena joined us in 2017, bringing nearly 15 years of HR expertise to the company. With a flair for talent engagement and a passion for employee development, she knows how to keep the workplace thriving.
Doreena is a graduate of Georgia State University and a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
Tim Stewart
VP & Regional Operations Manager Region 1
With the company since 1987, Tim held the positions of Auditor, Branch Manager, Quality Assurance Manager, before being named VP & Regional Operations Manager for Region 1 in 2004. Tim’s focus is on delivering successful audits and fostering strong client relationships through Atlanta, Baltimore, Boston, Charlotte, Cincinnati, Philadelphia, and South Florida.
Tim is a graduated from the University of Georgia.

Kyle Holt
VP & Regional Operations Manager Region 2
A five-time recipient of our Auditor of the Year Award, Kyle has been consistently recognized for his dedication to outstanding results. Holding the positions of Auditor, Branch Manager, and QA Manager since 2009, Kyle is VP & Regional Operations Manager with responsibility for our Chicago, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, Nashville, and San Francisco Branches.
Kyle is a graduate of the University of Iowa.

Jerry Rowan
VP & Regional Operations Manager Region 3
Jerry joined the company in 2001 as the Cleveland Branch Manager. He’s a two-time Pinnacle Award winner, recognized for his dedication, leadership, and outstanding performance. In 2016, he was promoted to VP & Regional Operations Manager overseeing success in Cleveland, Dallas, Detroit, Minneapolis, New York, Seattle, and Toronto.
Jerry graduated from Kent State University.
